Il peut \u00eatre la cons\u00e9quence d\u2019une alimentation trop pauvre en \u00e9nergie et en prot\u00e9ines et\/ou d\u2019une situation d\u2019hypercatabolisme. Ces deux situations sont fr\u00e9quentes chez les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, dont les besoins augmentent et qui, de plus, sont sujettes \u00e0 la perte d\u2019app\u00e9tit. Il y a donc une v\u00e9ritable n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019apporter des solutions, via la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/fr\/news\/blog\/nutrition-clinique-pourquoi-parle-t-on-dun-marche-porteur\/\">nutrition clinique<\/a>, pour aider nos s\u00e9niors \u00e0 vivre plus longtemps en bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ce que recherchent les professionnels dans la nutrition clinique<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Identifier les facteurs de la d\u00e9nutrition<\/h3>\n<p>Le vieillissement est l\u2019une des principales causes de la d\u00e9nutrition. Elle entraine \u00e0 son tour une perte d\u2019autonomie aux lourdes cons\u00e9quences psychologiques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Renforcer la pr\u00e9vention<\/h3>\n<p>Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter \u00e0 leur patient d\u2019entrer dans ce cercle vicieux, les professionnels de sant\u00e9 cherchent \u00e0 renforcer la pr\u00e9vention autour de la d\u00e9nutrition. Les deux piliers de cette sensibilisation sont l\u2019alimentation et l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique. L\u2019id\u00e9e est d\u2019inculquer aux patients l\u2019importance de se prendre en charge avant l\u2019apparition des premiers signes de d\u00e9nutrition. L\u2019objectif est donc de rendre les patients proactifs pour leur sant\u00e9 tout au long de leur vie.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Les deux piliers de cette sensibilisation sont l\u2019alimentation et l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Un d\u00e9pistage plus pr\u00e9coce de la d\u00e9nutrition<\/h3>\n<p>Les professionnels de sant\u00e9 militent \u00e9galement pour un d\u00e9pistage plus pr\u00e9coce de la d\u00e9nutrition. L\u2019objectif\u00a0: pouvoir agir avant qu\u2019il ne soit trop tard. En effet, un d\u00e9pistage pr\u00e9coce permettrait de r\u00e9duire le d\u00e9lai de prise en charge et ainsi diminuer les risques de complications. Et <em>in fine<\/em>, les co\u00fbts humains et financiers li\u00e9s. En effet, s\u2019ils ne prennent pas plaisir \u00e0 manger, les chances de suivi des recommandations du m\u00e9decin s\u2019amenuisent. Plusieurs facteurs entrent en consid\u00e9ration\u00a0: l\u2019app\u00e9tit, l\u2019environnement du repas et l\u2019attrait pour les aliments propos\u00e9s. Des \u00e9tudes<sup>[<\/sup><sup>8]<\/sup> montrent des liens entre l\u2019observance et le milieu de prise du CNO, mais aussi la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du produit.
