C\u2019est un salon de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en Europe pour l&#8217;industrie alimentaire, les visiteurs \u00e9taient ravis de pouvoir participer de nouveau \u00e0 ce salon en r\u00e9el. Afin de s\u2019informer sur les tendances du march\u00e9 des ingr\u00e9dients pour l\u2019industrie de l\u2019alimentation et de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9couvrez les principales tendances qui en ressortent et qui animent le march\u00e9 de l&#8217;alimentation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><u>Des consommateurs encore plus soucieux de l&#8217;environnement et de la plan\u00e8te. <\/u><\/h2>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement durable &#8211; tant en mati\u00e8re de production que de consommation &#8211; est au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9occupations des consommateurs dans le monde. La sant\u00e9 de la plan\u00e8te devient m\u00eame la premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9occupation des consommateurs devant la sant\u00e9 des populations <span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">[1]<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><strong>.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Les consommateurs modifient leurs habitudes d&#8217;achat en fonction des pratiques industrielles qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 leurs crit\u00e8res<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les consommateurs modifient leurs habitudes d&#8217;achat en fonction des pratiques industrielles qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 leurs crit\u00e8res. Et depuis l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de la COVID 19, ils attendent un engagement fort et\u00a0 plus \u00e9thique de la part des industriels.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ils vont rechercher la plus grande transparence de la part des industriels en ce qui concerne l&#8217;origine des produits, leur impact sur l&#8217;environnement et leurs r\u00e9percussions sur la sant\u00e9. Les entreprises mettent donc en place une communication forte et concr\u00e8te pour construire et entretenir la confiance du consommateur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enfin cette prise de conscience pour la plan\u00e8te passe aussi, pour le consommateur, par une modification des habitudes et une mont\u00e9e des alternatives v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. Le prochain challenge sera de proposer des alternatives de qualit\u00e9 qui peuvent pour le moment manquer de saveur ou \u00eatre tr\u00e8s transform\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><u>Des produits avec une composition \u00ab\u00a0clean\u00a0\u00bb<\/u><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans un souci d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les attitudes de consommations, les consommateurs vont se tourner vers des produits plus naturels compos\u00e9es d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients connus et identifiables facilement. De plus maintenant c\u2019est la consommation de produits contenant des substances non d\u00e9sir\u00e9es qui est limit\u00e9 voire stopp\u00e9e et cela deviendra une priorit\u00e9 pour les futurs consommateurs.\u00a0 Par exemple, 71 % des consommateurs fran\u00e7ais estimes que\u00a0 la pr\u00e9sence potentielle des micro-plastiques dans les bouteilles est pr\u00e9occupante <span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">[2]<\/span>. De m\u00eame, 29 % des consommateurs du UK ach\u00e8tent de la nourriture \u00e9thique afin de ne pas consommer les ingr\u00e9dients non voulus tels que les pesticides ou les antibiotiques\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><u>Toujours beaucoup d\u2019attrait pour les prot\u00e9ines<\/u><\/h2>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Comme le prouve la situation du march\u00e9 des prot\u00e9ines s\u00e9riques en cette fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021, la demande des consommateurs pour les produits prot\u00e9in\u00e9s est toujours forte. Boost\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de Covid et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de prendre plus soin de soi et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer son immunit\u00e9, les industriels proposent toujours beaucoup de concepts produits prot\u00e9in\u00e9s. Tous les formats sont propos\u00e9s\u00a0: boissons, barres, cr\u00e8mes, poudre afin de cibler toutes les populations et le plus de moments de consommation possibles. En effet cette tendance est port\u00e9e par les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations soucieuses d\u2019\u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9, les sportifs mais aussi la population plus \u00e2g\u00e9e qui a compris que l\u2019alimentation joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans le bien vieillir.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les tendances sont finalement li\u00e9es et vont dans le sens d\u2019une meilleure sant\u00e9 que ce soit pour
