{"id":17558,"date":"2024-07-09T09:32:36","date_gmt":"2024-07-09T08:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/?p=17558"},"modified":"2024-07-09T09:32:36","modified_gmt":"2024-07-09T08:32:36","slug":"une-nouvelle-tour-de-sechage-inauguree-a-lusine-walhorn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/fr\/news\/une-nouvelle-tour-de-sechage-inauguree-a-lusine-walhorn\/","title":{"rendered":"Une nouvelle tour de s\u00e9chage inaugur\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;usine Walhorn"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em>Le 20 juin, la laiterie de Walhorn a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 l\u2019inauguration de sa nouvelle tour de s\u00e9chage, fra\u00eechement install\u00e9e, et a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 ses 4 800 m\u00b2 de nouveaux panneaux photovolta\u00efques, mis en place gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une collaboration avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Enersol.<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Walhorn, un site historique en Belgique<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Fond\u00e9e en 1933, la laiterie de Walhorn a d\u00e9but\u00e9 comme une coop\u00e9rative de producteurs locaux, cherchant \u00e0 valoriser leur production. Situ\u00e9e strat\u00e9giquement au c\u0153ur des march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens et dot\u00e9e de ressources en eau abondantes, la laiterie s\u2019est rapidement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, ajoutant la collecte, l\u2019\u00e9cr\u00e9mage et la pasteurisation du lait \u00e0 ses activit\u00e9s, ainsi que deux tours de s\u00e9chage.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, les 120 salari\u00e9s du site de Walhorn traitent 320 millions d\u2019\u00e9quivalent litres de lait par an en 3 trois activit\u00e9s principales : la production de lait UHT, de cr\u00e8me UHT ainsi que de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/fr\/produits-ingredients-laitiers\/poudres-de-lait\/\">poudre de lait<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Walhorn a r\u00e9cemment investi plus de 16 millions d\u2019euros dans la modernisation de ses installations industrielles pour am\u00e9liorer la performance de son activit\u00e9 de s\u00e9chage, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux normes de qualit\u00e9 de plus en plus strictes. La s\u00e9paration entre la zone technique et la zone de haute hygi\u00e8ne garantit la production de poudre de lait respectueuse des standards sanitaires \u00e9lev\u00e9s, dans un environnement s\u00e9curis\u00e9 et sous contr\u00f4le rigoureux.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autre part, Walhorn r\u00e9duit son empreinte environnementale avec des investissements suppl\u00e9mentaires de plus de 5 millions d\u2019euros pour l\u2019adaptation aux normes r\u00e9glementaires et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-17582 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"309\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn-1.jpg 525w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn-1-300x177.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn-1-24x14.jpg 24w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn-1-36x21.jpg 36w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn-1-48x28.jpg 48w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Un site engag\u00e9 pour l\u2019environnement<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le partenariat avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enersol.be\/\">Enersol<\/a> a\u00a0permis l\u2019installation de 4 800m\u00b2 de panneaux photovolta\u00efques en 2023, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant 900 MWh\/an et permettant de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2 du site de 450 tonnes, soit 3.6 % des \u00e9missions totales du site. Depuis 2018, la laiterie de Walhorn dispose d\u2019une cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration pour produire environ 45 % de son \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de gaz naturel. A partir de 2022, ce gaz naturel a progressivement pu \u00eatre substitu\u00e9 par du biogaz gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la valorisation de Labels Garantie d\u2019Origine (LGO), permettant de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions du site de 2 180 tonnes en 2023, soit 17 % des \u00e9missions du site.<\/p>\n<p>Au total, la mise en place de ces diff\u00e9rentes actions a permis \u00e0 la laiterie de Walhorn de baisser de 20 % ses \u00e9missions de CO2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-17572 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"309\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn.jpg 525w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn-300x177.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn-24x14.jpg 24w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn-36x21.jpg 36w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/VIGNETTE-ACTU-inauguration-walhorn-48x28.jpg 48w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Un \u00e9v\u00e8nement p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a rassembl\u00e9 plus d&#8217;une centaine de personnes, comprenant des employ\u00e9s, des partenaires et des repr\u00e9sentants de la communaut\u00e9 locale. Tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, les participants ont eu la chance de plonger dans l\u2019univers de la production du lait et de la cr\u00e8me UHT, accompagn\u00e9s par des employ\u00e9s anim\u00e9s par leur m\u00e9tier. Ils ont aussi eu l\u2019occasion de parcourir les niveaux de la nouvelle tour de s\u00e9chage, ce qui leur a offert une compr\u00e9hension approfondie du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication de la poudre
