Cette s\u00e9paration garantit un environnement s\u00e9curis\u00e9 et contr\u00f4l\u00e9, permettant de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes rigoureuses de nos clients et consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-18749 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/walhorn.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"309\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/walhorn.jpg 525w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/walhorn-300x177.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/walhorn-24x14.jpg 24w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/walhorn-36x21.jpg 36w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/walhorn-48x28.jpg 48w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De plus, la mise en place de plusieurs syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d\u2019\u00e9nergie a permis \u00e0 la nouvelle tour de r\u00e9duire sa consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie de 20 % par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Une r\u00e9duction de l&#8217;empreinte environnementale<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, plus de 5 millions d\u2019euros ont \u00e9t\u00e9 investis ces quatre derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte environnementale du site. Dans l\u2019objectif de r\u00e9duire nos \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (scope 1 et 2) de 25 % d\u2019ici 2025, la Laiterie de Walhorn a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9e de 4800 m\u00b2 de panneaux solaires, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant 900 MWh\/an et permettant de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2 du site de 450 tonnes par an.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, ce site industriel dispose d\u2019une cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration associ\u00e9e aux panneaux photovolta\u00efques, produisant environ 45 % de son \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de gaz naturel. \u00c0 partir de 2022, ce gaz naturel a progressivement \u00e9t\u00e9 substitu\u00e9 par du biogaz gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la valorisation de Labels Garantie d\u2019Origine (LGO), permettant de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions du site de 2180 tonnes en 2023, soit 17 % des \u00e9missions totales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-18751 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/WALHORN-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"309\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/WALHORN-1.jpg 525w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/WALHORN-1-300x177.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/WALHORN-1-24x14.jpg 24w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/WALHORN-1-36x21.jpg 36w, https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/WALHORN-1-48x28.jpg 48w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Une r\u00e9ponse aux besoins de l\u2019industrie agroalimentaire<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La laiterie de Walhorn produit de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/fr\/produits-ingredients-laitiers\/poudres-de-lait\/\">poudre de lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 et de la poudre de lait entier<\/a> qui offrent des solutions adapt\u00e9es aux besoins des acteurs de l\u2019agroalimentaire pour la production de divers produits laitiers, glaces, chocolats, ou autres produits de boulangerie et p\u00e2tisserie. Les investissements visant \u00e0 moderniser la tour de s\u00e9chage permettent d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 la laiterie de Walhorn de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des cahiers des charges toujours plus
