Le site r\u00e9cup\u00e8re les exc\u00e9dents de la collecte laiti\u00e8re du groupe Lactalis et les s\u00e9rums issus des fromageries environnantes.<\/p>\n<p>En 2024, Lactalis Ingredients aura investi pr\u00e8s de 12,7 millions d\u2019euros pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte environnementale de son usine mayennaise.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Un projet qui s\u2019inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9carbonation des sites Lactalis\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, Lactalis consacre environ 15\u202f% de ses investissements<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> internationaux \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie et \u00e0 l\u2019environnement. La feuille de route d&#8217;action climatique pour les sites industriels et entrep\u00f4ts est bas\u00e9e sur une politique de gestion \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique fond\u00e9e sur trois principes : la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 (consommer le moins possible), l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 (transformer le mieux possible) et la transition vers des \u00e9nergies bas carbone. Le groupe a adopt\u00e9 une approche multi-locale, afin d\u2019implanter des solutions adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque r\u00e9gion et aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de chaque site. L\u2019eau chauff\u00e9e ainsi transform\u00e9e en vapeur est utilis\u00e9e pour concentrer puis s\u00e9cher le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lactalisingredients.com\/fr\/produits-ingredients-laitiers\/poudres-de-lactoserum-et-lactose\/poudres-de-lactoserum\/\">lactos\u00e9rum<\/a>. Elle sert \u00e9galement \u00e0 la production de cas\u00e9ine et au chauffage de l\u2019eau de lavage des installations.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent la vapeur \u00e9tait produite sur le site par des chaudi\u00e8res gaz d\u2019origine fossile. Ce choix s\u2019inscrit dans une volont\u00e9 du groupe de soutenir, d\u00e8s qu\u2019il en a la possibilit\u00e9, l&#8217;\u00e9conomie r\u00e9gionale, tout en garantissant un \u00e9quilibre carbone.\u00a0La combustion neutre en carbone de la chaudi\u00e8re biomasse, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 cet approvisionnement local, permet d\u2019assurer l\u2019\u00e9quilibre carbone.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>Cet investissement majeur refl\u00e8te notre engagement envers une production responsable et durable.
