Once again, this year, we look forward to meeting you at Food Ingredients China (FIC), which will be held from 20 to 22 March 2024 in Shanghai.
This year’s FIC will be held under the sign of the Dragon, a year synonymous with growth, creativity and renewal, and Lactalis Ingredients will be proud to be represented by the entire team from its Chinese subsidiary based in Shanghai.

The 2024 edition of FIC will be held in Shanghai from 20 to 22 March at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC). With nearly 1,500 exhibitors and more than 52,000 visitors in 2023, FIC is the largest international trade show for the food additives and ingredients industry in Asia.
Food Ingredients China 2024 will also feature a series of conferences and technical seminars covering the latest trends and developments in food science and technology.

• Rennet casein, used in a wide variety of processed cheeses, is known to improve their firmness and elasticity. Our range also includes specific grades for use in imitation cheeses, designed to ensure consistent melting quality and an elastic texture that pizza consumers particularly demand.
• Flowhey® : high-fluidity sweet whey powder with non-maillardize and low caking properties.
• Prolacta® : a soluble milk protein extracted by a non-denaturing membrane process. With an excellent amino acid profile and a consistent composition, it is particularly well suited to infant formulas and baby foods.
• Laktodem® : a demineralised whey powder with a consistent mineral composition for first, second and third age infant formulas.
