Lactalis Ingredients unveils new high protein product concepts at FIE 2021

During the FIE 2021 (taking place from the 30 November until the 2 December 2021), we will be pleased to unveil our new product concepts using our complementary native proteins: Pronativ® Native Micellar Casein and Pronativ® Native Whey Protein.

The Pronativ® native protein range are gently extracted from milk through an innovative cold membrane filtration process. This process preserves the properties of each of these proteins, to offer high nutritional and functional ingredients to the specialised nutrition industry.


High-protein concepts promoting the complementary benefits of native proteins

On this event will be shown:



  • A high-protein pudding, with different textures: from creamy to jelly-like, obtained by using our Pronativ® Native Micellar Casein alone, or combined with our Pronativ® Native Whey Protein. Our puddings are designed without artificial ingredients or additives and contribute to meet the protein daily nutritional requirements with 21g of protein per serving.

Declinable in several flavours, these concepts make it possible to cover the protein needs of people at different stages of their lives: adults, athletes and seniors.
